West Kent Mind, in partnership with Live Well Kent, offers a low-level mental health supported housing service situated in Sevenoaks and we currently have vacancies. The large, bright, houses are well located in the heart of Sevenoaks and provide a welcoming home for people who have, or who are recovering from mental health problems, to work with our friendly support staff at their own pace to achieve increasing levels of independence. Our dedicated housing team provide individualised support to help people with mental health needs to build their skills, confidence and self-esteem, with the aim to live independently within 2-3 years. All residents work with a key worker to develop a personal support plan reflecting their needs, goals and aspirations helping them to get well, stay well and thrive.
