Motorbase Performance have confirmed plans to defend their Porsche Carrera Cup title next season.
The Wrotham-based team, who won the series’ team title this year, have revealed they will enter a minimum of four cars for the 2011 campaign.
Motorbase, who burst onto the scene in the series in 2004, have enjoyed their most successful season to date this year. However, despite winning the team title and the Pro-Am 1 crown, they are eyeing further success on the track next season.
    Team owner David Bartrum said:
The driver line-up is yet to be confirmed but talks have begun with several racers, including Caine, who finished second overall in the individual standings last month. Porsche rookie George Richardson will also stay with the team for another campaign.
Motorbase also compete in the British Touring Car Championship and work is well under way for the 2011 campaign.
