Residents living in Kemsing have an opportunity to raise and discuss their community safety concerns at the up coming PACT Neighbourhood Panel next month. PACT stands for Partners and Community Together and enables the community to help set local community safety priorities and get involved in local action. PACT Neighbourhood Panels are made up of local people, the Police, the Council and other local public services who meet regularly to discuss residents’ community safety concerns. The PACT meeting will take place on Wednesday 2 March 2011 at 7.30pm at St Edith's Hall. There is no need to book, just turn up. Cllr Elaine Bracken, Sevenoaks District Council's Cabinet member with responsibility for community safety, says: For more information on the PACT meetings contact Sevenoaks District Council on 01732 227000 and ask for a member of the Community Safety Team, or e-mail community.safety@sevenoaks.gov.uk.
