    Personal development is one of our team’s core focuses. At Sevenoaks, you’ll have the opportunity to undertake an apprenticeship with this role so you can earn while you learn and gain a qualification to help you progress in your HR career.

    You’ll be working in a team of 9 with a wide range of professional backgrounds who can help enhance your knowledge and guide you through your learning.

    You’ll work across all areas of HR & Payroll to build your skills and give you a foundation to determine what area of HR your passion lies. You’ll be comfortable with handling/presenting data and being the first point of contact for straightforward enquiries.

    If you’ve got experience of HR then you’ll know what it takes to make a great HR service– a high attention to detail and a customer focus and if this is you, then we would love for you to join us!

    We invite applications for a full-time (37 hours) or a part-time (minimum 30 hours) although please note that there is a requirement to be office based for at least 40% of the time and therefore we are unable to consider applicants who wish to undertake remote working.
