Freelance carer/companion for elderly lady with dementia wanted

we are looking for a reliable freelance carer with excellent references to provide companionship for a lovely elderly lady living in supported sheltered housing in Sevenoaks during the evenings and occasional Saturday's. We have found the agencies we use to be unreliable so are trying to find trustworthy independent freelance Carers in the Sevenoaks area. Can anyone suggest the most suitable places to advertise?
