    WILDLIFE specialists in Eynsford have been battling to save a peregrine falcon winged by a rifle.Staff at Eagle Heights think the bird, an adult male, is one of a pair living close to an old quarry at the foot of Polhill.It was discovered last week in a state of distress by workers at Hewitts Farm, Chelsfield.They called the Eynsford experts saying they had found a bird of prey with a crippled wing on their property – but it was proving difficult to corner.Eagle Heights' owner, Alan Ames,...
