Sevenoaks Santa Run for British Heart Foundation warm up with SLJ Fitness

We were swamped with participants - over 180 - families, children and dogs - wonderfully dressed as Santa, elves, fairies and reindeer. Everyone completed the 5k course, some in record time, others jogging, power walking, skipping - but everybody laughing. Sevenoaks Ladies Joggers and Oaks Blokes showed their support by warming everybody up prior to the race, and many of their joggers and families took part. Thousands of pounds will be raised for BHF through the entry fees and sponsorship. BHF have just provided new defibrilators for key locations around the town and will be delighted to put the proceeds of today's event to extending provision of essential life saving equipment in Sevenoaks and surrounding areas.
