    Variety defines life in our Customer Solutions team!

    Our team are the first point of contact for our customers and are responsible for resolving and directing a wide range of queries. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team to assist answering telephone enquiries.

    This role requires a passion for customer care and excellent communication skills as well as the desire to handle and resolve customer enquiries and complaints in a constructive manner.

    Our Customer Advisors:

    • Work as part of a team,
    • Have valuable IT skills
    • Demonstrate a flexible approach to working

    Please note that you will be part of a team who work from a shift rota covering telephone contact 7am–7pm (Monday–Friday).

    We invite applications for a full-time (37 hours per week) or a part-time (minimum 3 days per week) position.
