    Hand-reared pigs called Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner have helped an Ivy Hatch pub to be named top of the chops.The Plough has been named Kent Dining Pub of the Year by the Good Pub Guide's Kent edition.Landlord Miles Medes, who bought the High Cross Road pub in 2008, said: "We always focus on quality and like to give our customers something which they wouldn't normally have in their fridge."We offer things that people see as luxurious and indulgent treats, like our rare breed...
