You will be comfortable working in an environment with a variety of departments and key stakeholders, who will expect you to be decisive, creditable and have strong relationship building skills as well as taking a creative approach to problem solving. You will also be providing leadership, coaching and professional development. The team and your peers will look to you for inspiration and to help deliver high quality work.

As the People and Culture Partner, the technical knowledge for the role is assumed, as is your experience operating at a higher level. But, we are looking for people with the right approach, attitude and passion for the profession, with a strong team focused work ethic.
