    We have 3 new opportunities to join our dynamic and passionate team. We are looking for a Housing Support Team Lead and Wellbeing Support Worker in Sevenoaks, and a Wellbeing Support Worker (Money Management) based in Ashford.


    Housing Support Team Lead
    Location: Sevenoaks
    37 hours per week: £19,852 – £22,683
    Fixed Term Contract: 2 years

    The purpose of this role is to provide a high quality housing management service on behalf of our 15 residents and to oversee the delivery of our service. You will have customer focus, strong leadership skills, confidence, judgement and empathy for people with mental health problems.

    Wellbeing Support Worker
    Location: Sevenoaks
    15 hours per week: £6,879 – £8,048 pro-rata (£16,968 – £19,852 full-time equivalent)
    Fixed Term Contract: 2 years

    This is a client facing role providing a mix of case work and group work appropriate to the needs and aspirations of the clients of West Kent Mind. You will need a high level of ability to engage with and motivate clients to develop their skills and confidence.

    Wellbeing Support Worker (Money Management)
    Location: Ashford in Kent
    5 hours per week, 10am-3pm: £2,293 – £2,683 pro-rata (£16,968 – £19,852 full-time equivalent)
    Fixed Term Contract: 2 years

    We are looking for someone who can support clients to budget and manage their money, make phone calls/emails in relation to debts, rent arrears etc. You will have experience in money/debt management and will manage your diary for one to one appointments as necessary.
